DS Scaling builds websites and runs advertising for local businesses. This page explains what information we collect on dsscaling.com, how we get permission before calling or texting anyone, and how to opt out.

We only call or text a phone number after the person it belongs to has agreed to it on this website. The “Prefer we call or text you?” form asks for a name, phone number, and optionally a business name, next to a checkbox that is unchecked by default. The form cannot be submitted until that box is checked. Checking it means:

“I agree that DS Scaling may call or text me at the number above about my enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.”

We do not call or text anyone who has not taken this action. Messaging us first on WhatsApp is also treated as consent to reply to that specific conversation.

Only to respond to your enquiry — by phone, text, or WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing.

Reply STOPto any text message, or tell us on a call or WhatsApp message that you’d like to be removed. We will stop contacting you and delete your number from our outreach list.
